Section 26
Maturity of mortgage rights

(1) If the mortgage rights are attached to a mortgage and the conditions under this section are fulfilled, such mortgage rights shall be deemed to have matured. (2) Except as otherwise provided in this section, a notice shall be filed in the registration office to mature the mortgage rights. (3) Any mortgage rights related to the purchase price Only after being attached to the consumer goods, the right of mortgage related to the purchase price created in such consumer goods will mature. It is not necessary to register the notice of the same. (4) The right of mortgage on the goods, title deed, document or secured sale agreement will mature only after the mortgagee takes possession of such mortgage. No need to register for this. The right of mortgage over such goods, title deed, document or secured sale agreement shall mature from the time of possession thereof and shall remain in force as long as such possession is maintained. According to this sub-section, the right of mortgage on the goods, title deed, document or secured sale agreement, which has been seized and matured, may be matured by the mortgagee before the period of possession, within the period of possession or even after the period of possession. The mortgage right on such amount can be matured. (6) The mortgage right on the serial numbered vehicle can be matured only after giving a general description of the vehicle or registering the notice mentioning its serial number.
